This truly Raw Goat Cheddar is made for us by Amish friends of ours at Crystal Brook Farm. It's very hard to find goat cheese and milk that is done without the use of any chemicals in the goat feed or pasture grass. We've confirmed every detail meets our Real Food standards including fully Soy AND Corn-Free to help out folks with those grain sensitivities.

We now have a delicious, Raw Goat Cheddar with higher farming standards than we ever had available before.

Note for UPS Home Delivery Orders: If you have meat on your order, this cheese will ship frozen because we need to use dry ice in all meat orders. The flavor of the cheese will not be affected, but it could crumble easier as you slice it. If you do not want your cheese frozen you should purchase it on an order with only refrigerated items.
