Most hot dogs are notoriously made from ultra-processed leftover trimmings, fillers in the meat, synthetic flavors and colors not to mention corn syrup or some kind of sweetener.

That's why we made this clean, real-meat hot dog you can conveniently grab for a quick meal with the children or premium backyard cookout.

After a year of research 'n development with many trial batches and lots of paperwork we are finally ready to make our own hot dogs at our own local USDA butcher shop.

Our hot dogs are free from all Celery Juice Powder!

This natural "nitrate" is used by many butchers to give bacon, hams, hot dogs, and meat sticks a pink look. Without any Celery Juice Powder in these hot dogs you may notice a difference in the color but it should not affect the meat flavor.

The recipe is formulated with low salt and spice so you can taste the meat itself and appreciate the difference compared to mushy grocery store hot dogs with fillers and who-knows-what ingredients.

Preparation tip: Slowly heat hot dogs for a few minutes in a frying pan or skillet but NOT TOO LONG AND NOT TOO HOT or you will risk drying them out. Add a pat of butter or lard if you need more oil in the pan. These hot dogs are already cooked during our USDA smoking process.

Then... to truly enjoy the outstanding flavor and purity of these amazing hot dogs, eat them without ketchup or mustard. :)
